As the Safari Rally makes a comeback to the World Rally Championship series calendar, thousands of Kenyans are expected to make the coveted road trip out of the Capital city of Nairobi to enjoy the thrill that is Motorsport.

But while there are those who genuinely will make the trip to the various spectator stages to enjoy the Motorsport spectacle, it is obvious that not everybody will be there for the fun of watching the drivers showcase their skills.

Going by previous habits by Kenyans, there is little or no doubt that most of those traveling will overindulge in many a habit, from alcohol to food and…yes… sex!

Naivasha is the most preferred destination of all during this period and ahead of the showpiece revving off, Kenyans have been all over the social media spaces making fun of the whole idea of traveling to Naivasha – one of the best holiday destinations in Kenya, which is an hour’s drive from Nairobi.

Other than rally, the Machakos leg of the Kenya National Sevens Rugby series and the Kenya Sevens tournament are famous for this sort of overindulgence.
