Flick praises phenomenal Bayern after Bayern rout

Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick is delighted to see side continue on their path to victory after their slim win over Borussia Dortmund last time out. The Bavarians cruised on a jolly ride after defeating Fortuna Dusseldorf by five goals as Robert Lewandowski’s quickfire double, followed by a brilliant header from Benjamin Pavard and capped with the effort from the young Alphonso Davies.

With satisfaction written all over his face, ” Flick revealed after the game saying, ” We had to show a performance worthy of not slowing down after the game against Dortmund on Tuesday.”

“It was evident from the very second, and I was delighted with the performance out up by the boys in the game. We showed a lot of aggressiveness and didn’t give them any time on the ball as we showed motivation and kept on pushing, “.he said.

Flick admitted though they still got a lot of matches to play as they are in a comfortable position ahead

Austrian fullback David Alaba also backed his manager’s speech saying, ” we are showing enough ambition and a lot of positivity which is there for all to see. ”

Following the manager’s speech and that of David’s, it shows a lot of hunger and desire towards winning the Bundesliga title, and that is a statement of a champion.

The only negative situation for Bayern is the injury sustained to Lucas Hernandez, who was substituted at half time. Bayern is evident on top of the log with ten points as they near another Bundesliga title-winning season.
