Kenya’s Lionesses have began their camo in Japan as they prepare to battle for Olympics glory on their debut at the Summer Games.
The Felix Oloo-coached side touched down in Kurume on Tuesday and had a feel of the weather as they trained in their Kurume base for the first time on Wednesday.
The team, which will be skippered by Philadelphia Aura, is grouped in pool A alongside New Zealand, Russia and Great Britain.
They will be in their pre-Games training camp bubble in Kurume for the next 10 days before beginning their quest for honours in the event which has controversially locked out fans from attending due to Covid-19 surge in the host country.
